WinTech LLC is led by a management team with a long history of developing technology solutions for businesses. Brothers Frank and Mike Yoder both bring over 20 years experience as owner of Advanced Information Systems, responsible for designing and delivering technology software solutions for businesses throughout North America and Europe. Ron Robinson and Vernon Rodriguez bring over 40 years of experience in business ventures with a heavy focus on Real Estate.
Management Team
Frank Yoder – President
Frank Yoder brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to WINTECH. Frank founded AIS in 1987 after leaving a principal position with Paragon Systems in Virginia Beach, Virginia. While at AIS Frank established key relationships and guided AIS Voice & Data department which implemented major contact centers throughout North America and Europe. Frank has studied at Old Dominion University, North Carolina State University, Elizabeth City State University, and the University of Utah, and holds a BS in Computer Science. He is actively involved in his community. Frank sits on the Computer Science Advisory Council for the College of Engineering at UNLV. He is also a board member of Nevada’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology foundation.
Vernon Rodriguez – Chief Executive Officer
S. Vernon Rodriguez brings over 40 years of senior management experience to WINTECH.
He has specialized in the development of sales and marketing strategies and systems for financial services firms throughout his career. He has a degree in marketing and political science from the University of New Mexico. He has succeeded in the recruitment, training and supervision of several thousand salespeople in the insurance, mortgage and leasing industries. He has been instrumental in the start-up, development and expansion of many firms in the past. He is specially qualified to oversee the operations, marketing and development of WINTECH into the future.
Mike Yoder- Chief Technology Officer
Mike Yoder has over 20 years’ experience in software development and software products development. As CTO of AIS, Mr. Yoder oversaw and led the development of the ALICE and Video Receptionist products along with dozens of other development projects. He is an experienced Chief Operation Officer (COO) with the management skills necessary to launch WINTECH and navigate the challenges of launching a new company and new products. Mr. Yoder brings experience and management skills to provide guidance, vision, direction and oversight for WINTECH’ technology. Mr. Yoder is actively involved in the following community and industry organizations:
