ALICE Receptionist – (formerly The Video Receptionist) is a solution that alerts and enables employees to communicate with visitors as they arrive in an office lobby. Employees can be located in the same building or at a remote location and still engage visitors in 2-way and 1-way video communications as as well as audio only communications. Visitors are greeted and interact with employees through a touchscreen display located in the lobby, that provides an employee directory for contacting employees.
Remote Operator Service (ROS) - The WinTech ROS service provides video agents who perform Receptionist duties from for businesses. Hotels who currently do not offer concierge service, will be able to now offer concierge service to their guest without the cost associated of staffing the in house concierges.
